Group sessions rules online: Important Guidelines for Participation Punctuality is crucial—please make sure you arrive on time for the alignment. Keep your camera and microphone OFF for the entire duration of the meeting. You may unmute yourself during the Q&A session if the facilitator grants permission. Download Zoom in advance: Install Zoom (free software) on your phone, tablet, or computer: https://zoom.us/ Sign in or sign up if you haven’t already (we strongly recommend using a computer for the best experience). We recommend joining from a computer, as it will be much more convenient. However, if that’s not possible, you may participate from a phone or tablet. Join 30 minutes before the session to test your Zoom setup and ensure everything is functioning properly. For the Q & A session at the end, prepare your request in advance—a short question or intention that you will share before the group session begins. Your request should reflect what you’d like to work on in the group constellation. Example: "I want to increase my energy, what can I do?” Stay fully engaged throughout the session and remain until the end. If you get disconnected from Zoom, simply rejoin using the same link. Keep trying until you successfully reconnect.
