Returns must be unopened and unused to receive a full refund (excluding any shipping costs paid).
*Please not that we do not accept returns of Kangen Water products. If you are having problems with the recent purchase of your Kangen system, please contact us.

Please mail all returns, along with proof of purchase, to: Victoriya Litargne, 439 19th Street East, North Vancouver, BC, V7L 2Z6, Canada.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs incurred on orders and returns are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted back on your card.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you believe that you have received a defective product, or the wrong item, please contact us so that we can make it right.
