Anxiety, Depression & Emotional Overload
To support adults experiencing persistent anxiety, low mood, emotional exhaustion, grief, insomnia, chronic worry, or stress related to major life transitions.

Clinical Overview
Anxiety and depressive symptoms are common in mid-life and beyond, often influenced by cumulative stress, caregiving demands, hormonal changes, trauma exposure, and chronic illness. Prolonged stress can dysregulate the hypothalamic–pituitary–adrenal (HPA) axis, disrupt sleep, impair immune function, and increase the risk of cardiometabolic disease.
