Quality assurance isn’t only wiring an incident report. Vital Life Nursing practices co-design, an approach to design attempting to actively involve all stakeholders (e.g. employees, partners, customers, citizens, end-users) in the design process to help ensure the result meets their needs and is usable. Assessment is performed by on-site observation visit, interviewing, Policies & Procedures audit if conditions permit. Upon completion the Plan on Intervention with detailed reconditions is provided. These are some of the themes we may consider to explore: ✔️On board training for new employees ✔️Ongoing competencies for workers ✔️High incident rate ✔️Improving company culture ✔️Patients satisfaction ✔️Employee engagement An introductory diagnostic session is required to determine the course of the session. *Please note that one session is generally not be sustainable unless you practice daily, therefore, a person who just started clearing his or her own energetic system should have the recommended number of sessions to achieve a more sustainable result. The session is considered completed once Client and Contractor are connected online at the scheduled time; ii. The appointment time may be scheduled if requested 72+ hours prior to the scheduled time considering the provider availability. iii. A group session attendance may never be rescheduled, see Terms for details.
