All sales are final, and the Company does not offer money-back guarantees. Rescheduling Policy To reschedule an appointment, clients must contact us at least 72 hours before the scheduled session. Rescheduling is subject to provider availability and is not guaranteed. Completed sessions cannot be rescheduled or refunded. A session is considered completed once the client and provider connect online at the scheduled time. Group sessions are non-reschedulable and non-refundable.
