Cancellation Policy
No Refunds – All Sales Are Final Vital Life Nursing Inc. ("the Company") maintains a strict no-refund policy on all prepaid services. By purchasing any service, digital product, online event, or course, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms: No refunds will be issued under any circumstances for prepaid or completed services. All sales are final, and the Company does not offer money-back guarantees. Rescheduling Policy To reschedule an appointment, clients must contact us at least 72 hours before the scheduled session. Rescheduling is subject to provider availability and is not guaranteed. Completed sessions cannot be rescheduled or refunded. A session is considered completed once the client and provider connect online at the scheduled time. Group sessions are non-reschedulable and non-refundable.
